The Journey of Healing

There comes a certain point in your life when you feel like an empty slate. It feels as though there is no past, present, or future. Maybe it happens when we self-introspect too much, or perhaps it occurs because of the changes happening in life day by day; it’s the way our subconscious mind responds to such changes.

But one should learn to grow and understand that healing is a process, and it takes time for us to return to routine. Some of us are like the Phoenix, rising from its own ashes. We also become stronger and better after the regeneration of thoughts and minds. I felt compelled to share these thoughts, as they resonate deeply with my experience.
